As long as DrivePro 20 is connected to the computer, the LED light will always be red and this is normal.
When DrivePro 20 is powered off and connected to an appropriate power supply, the LED light will be "solid orange" and automatically turned off when fully charged. For further charging details of DrivePro 20, you may also refer to the following FAQ.
