Please try the methods below.
Method 1:
Select "Show every partition" from the menu in the upper left corner in Disk Utility. Then restart Disk Utility.
Method 2:
After JetDrive is formatted, you will see JetDrive in Disk Utility.
1. Open the terminal

2. Check JetDrive's disk number (for example: /dev/disk0 ) and enter the command "diskutil list".

3. Format JetDrive. Enter the command "diskutil eraseDisk JHFS+ TRANSCEND /dev/disk0"
