You can do the following steps to test the connection speeds.
1. Check the signal and mobile Internet speeds. Usually, 4G is much faster 3G.
2. Check Wi-Fi signals. If your router supports 5G Wi-Fi (802.11ac), we recommend you use it to connect to the StoreJet Cloud.
3. Numbers of people connected to the StoreJet Cloud at the same time would also influence connection speeds.
